Removal and cleaning
Affected porous materials are removed where needed, while cleanable surfaces are treated according to the condition and substrate. Hazardous-material work is coordinated with qualified specialists.

Drying and source control
Corrective work addresses moisture and airflow conditions so the same problem is less likely to return.
